Overview:  

Paid traffic was bouncing on the website, hurting website conversion and return on paid investment. I launched an abandonment flow in Klaviyo tied to specific UTMs, highlighting product benefits and reviews, demonstrating how email can turn unqualified traffic into buyers with the right messaging and segmentation.


Results:

  • $30k in revenue from low-engagement traffic


Strategy:

Segmented unengaged users who had arrived from paid media via UTM codes and re-engaged them through targeted email education to recover potential revenue.
