Overview:  

Wanted to pilot SMS for Q4 but had limited budget and short runway. Ultimately, I was able to find budget for a test. The test proved the value of SMS as a high-performing channel and unlocked a new growth lever for the brand.

  • 134x Return on initial investment

  • 12% Click through rate

  • 3% Conversion rate


Strategy:

Piloted a lean BFCM launch to test channel viability before broader investment. Created automated and promotional SMS messages targeted to high-intent users, layered with email for max impact.
